    Not able to recover data using EE TECH



      To comply with company policy we are using EEPC 5.2.x. Last week my OS [WIN 7] crashed, since then i am trying to recover my data from the failed Hard Diak but with no success. I have created the WIN PE and booted my PC. After PC boot and after opening "Mcafee EETech for EEPC6" when i am trying to authenticate using token, i am getting error "EE120106 Error opening file in pre-boot file system". Kindly suggest how this can be resolved.
