    Subscription problems with Total Protection

      I have had two previous McAfee products and had no problems at all.

       

      Earlier this year I bought McAfee Total Protection and have had loads of problems.

       

      It keeps telling me to renew my subscription although I already have a subscription and that my computer is at risk. In the past I have simply checked for updates and everything has returned to normal, but this time it has not worked.

       

      I have followed a few steps such as 'subscription repair tool' but this hasn't worked because I can't find anywhere on my Security Center that says 'navigation'; it says 'subscription' instead.

       

      Can someone please help me with this
