Can you give more detail on what the actual problem is ? any error messages ? any info in the PC event log or the AV Agent log ?
As a test ( not in real production)
try exempting the c:\windows\temp
and also the profile folders temp directories from OAS
also check access protection hits
if it now works then track down the temp file types used in printing for your solution and try exempting them
the problem is from the 'memory for rootkit' scan, disable it from ODS and all goes fine.
