I am new to this group and i have been battling with a problem i think someone out there must have faced before.
Am using McAfee ePo in which DLP is one of the product that was installed to prevent some certain users on our domain from using their USB drives.
I already created the group I want the policy to be implemented but as it is now the policy is affecting the enter company everybody on our domain has been affected by this policy.
Nobody can make use of their USB even when they are outside the office network. It is really a big problem for, i have tried everything i can do to help the situation.
Please somebody help me on this....lets discuss it.
Which version of the DLP is in use ?
Kindly exclude all the users on USB Block rules-User Assignment (incluse the user wants to block the USB )
