Have you tried adding it to the Exclusions section?
If a ticket had been completed you should be able to log in and check the status. If it is not resolved then click on the ticket number and open the page. there should be some information for you, if not then click the SUBMIT button again to re-trigger it. You should not have to complete the page again

Try AVG or TrenMicro they have a trust button for false positive programs, You will only get a responce and results if your are a huge company that pays good money to McAfee, or they wont even answer you even if you do the 100 things they want to send a suspected file in for them to look at.
