From agent log, you can verify from where the server is getting updated (from ePO or from the ePO). If it's pulling the update then you will see message pulling updates from ePO_<machine name> etc message.
I am not clear about the second part of question 'DAT version is 4 days old'. Is the client machine's DAT is 4 days old or you are talking about ePO server master repository's DAT or My Avert threat advisory of ePO.
Either the McAfee agent may gets corrupted kindly redeploy the McAfee agents with the option "install over the existing version" .on server machine use the agent status monitor for sens/collect props, policy enforcement etc.
Hi thakns for response .

I have already did reinstallation part. but still problem is there .
Do you have only problem with less servers or entire PC's ?
surely u ll get clue with MCAfee agent status monitor.
jus fo clarification How could you say that u have reinstalled the McAFee agent successfully ? have you verified the server tatsk log
Kindly follow these steps tooooo.
1)Uninstall the McAfee agent on problamatic servers
Command c:\program files\McAFee\common framework\frminst /remove=agent
2)copy the frame package from ePO server to the problamatic server
Path : c:\program files\mcafee\ePOlicy orchestrator\DB\software\current\epo agent
3)reinstall the frame package manually and use the status agent monitor for collect/send props, enforce policies etc
