What's the enforecment interval setting on the ePO Agent policy settings for that client ?
Have you tried forcing out a new agent installation ?
the enforcement intervael=60 min set in my epo server. but the system is not listed in epo server.but it will get the update from the epo server. and all like policy.
perivous epo is agent 3.6.now i ypdate it to 4.0
Search the Directory in ePO for the machine - if it's tallking to ePO it will be there.
If you find it then check/reset the policy as required.
If you still don't find it then add the machine and force out a new agent installation to it with the correct policy settings.
I uninstall virus scan 8.5,ePo4.0 and reinstalled .virus scan only active state, epo not in active
i added the system and enforce agent installation ..its dosn't work:o.
Some times, it's helpful to do a reinstallation in a different directory.
in different directory how can we mange through ePo.
My experience with ePO 4 is limited but in 3.6.1, when you locate the device or group in question, right click on it and click Send Agent Install...
You have the option to change the installation path which I change to <PROGRAM_FILES_DIR>\McAfee2\Common Framework
ok.in feature how do we know which system has whish installaation path?
It's shown in the system information - or alternatively you can move all your "test" machines with the different path into a seperate group/site structure to keep them manageable together.
