      Anybody getting a delay when issuing commands to activate, install, uninstall the new 6.1.3 package?  I repeatedly set it to enforce via ePO and even locally on a test machine via the agent status monitor, but there is no difference.  Then an hour or two later, there it goes!  The command kicks off finally.  Is this by design?

          Hi there,

           

          It it's taking an hour or two to activate, it is almost always caused by the ePO/AgentHandler server being unable to connect to the client machine. It needs to do this when there are datachannel messages that need delivering (messages containing data required to activate). The common causes of this symptom are that your client machine is behind a NAT, or there's a firewall blocking the incoming connections.
