I also have same problem + is very difficult to surf on sites with ajax. Surfing with the netGuard very difficult, especially at low bit rates.
http://service.mcafee.com/TechSupportHome.aspx?lc=1033&sg=TS is the link to Technical Support but first try running the McAfee Virtual Technician which you will see when you go to tech support.
I know they are looking at an issue with netguard and this may or may not be related but if you could post back the session id number that would be helpful to resolve this for you.
One of the other moderators may chime in with what they know but I doubt anyone from McAfee will see this till Monday as it is the Easter holiday
Your best bet is Technical Support in this case but for your region I see they are only open Monday to Friday.
The only other thing that I can suggest is open SecurityCenter by either right-clicking or double-clicking the taskbar icon
Click Web and Email Protection
Click Internet Connections for Programs
Click the word Program at the top of the list to arrange them alphabetically
Go down the list and locate first your browsers and make sure access is Full (edit if necessary)
Do the same for Ajax or any accompanying program and experiment with turning off and on Netguard.
You can turn it off, you will be still protected by VirusScan.
But Support may have a better suggestion.
k3tg, Ex_Brit, thank you! I tried both. It did not help... Helps only a turn off netguard. I'll wait for Monday.
This is a known issue it (the fix for it) will be added to the next patch from what I hear. I will confirm this in tomorrow's mod call.
My ISP uses "technology PowerBoost"(I do not know what it) for faster download and upload files. Perhaps the problem because of it?
I hope that soon will fix this problem in next patch...
know the date of publication of the next patch that fixes this bug?
Yes I do but cannot release that. Last time I did that QA area held up the release 4 weeks and all the posters here did not say nice things about me
I hope this fixes many of the netguard issues.
Has this been updated? My videos worked fine until I loaded my mcaffee subscrioption.
