Is this just one machine, or many? (particular client?)
What operating systems are involved? Which version of McAfee VirusSCan? Are all machines patched to the most recent patch number for that VS version?
What type of repository are you using? Local shared folder or default online McAfee repositories?
Have you checked for malware using a second tool such as the free SuperAntispyware program from the link below? If you haven't, please do.
