I have 5 servers, 2 with Windows Server 2003 R2, the others with Windows 2000 Server. We use VirusScan Enterprise 8.7i with all 5, and they have mcafee agents to make them ePO manageable.
However, The temp folders on on servers are being absolutely swamped in folders that contain a "scan", "clean", and "names" DAT file. Each folder is about 60 MB. We recently cleared out a cumulative 100GB of these folders, but they are rapidly returning.
Is there any way to limit the number of "DAT files" capable of being stored in the temp folders?
