You've posted in the wrong forum.. This is for the older "retail" versions of VirusScan 8 and older.. I'll move your question to the correct "corporate" "Desktop and Server" forum because you're using the Enterprise version of VS 8.0i. You can access your thread in either forum.
In regards to VS 8.0i not updating, it's a common issue as of about two weeks ago.. The older McAfee Common Framework which originally came with VS 8.0i is no longer supported.. So,, you have a few options.. Update the Common Framework by installing the most recent McAfee Agent.. Or.. Download and use the Xdat or Sdat from the internet and install the updates manually.....Or.... follow the various workarounds in the following article:
