That implies it thinks it was never activated. I assume you installed it on 6/5/11? Have you recently installed another Av to test it?
If so improper removal of it can stop activation. I would call Customer service or Tech support as they have the tools to sort this out.
BTW I assume you have not tried uninstalling it via
reboot and run

I would like to inform you that I have installed it and it was properly activated on 06/05/2011.It is just for the last two or three weeks,I have noticed this issue,not sure what happened.
Yes contact tech support or customer service as I mentioned they are the experts for activation issues.
