I'm from Peru, I have a question for several days to enter as administrator when I appear IronMail administrator options. seems to be a guest user and I can not configure anything.
My question is whether it is possible to reset my administrator account from the console to return to have the administrator permissions and to configure the IronMail.

Making an assumption here, but it sounds like youre actually trying to log in as administrator. I believe you would want to login as admin.
If you are trying to log in as admin and you do not have permissions then you will need to have support log in to the backend of the appliance to see what has happened.
