After I created and submitted a service request ticket via the service portal, An error message "An error occurred. Please try again". The same error message appears when I tried on 3 different workstations. Kindly advise. Thanks.
I've had that error before too.
If you are in the U.S. (or Canada, I suppose), you might consider opening your ticket by phone: 1-800-937-2237.
Once the ticket is open, you can attach files to it and so forth.
