    Enterprise 8.5i - User Account Settings

      I apologize if my question is in the forums someplace, but my searches did not find a result. My questions are relatively simple.
      When is the User Account Setting information required?

      Is it required when no user is logged in to a domain?

      Is it required for disabling services during updates?

      How much admin privledges is required for the User Account Setting for scans when the computer is not being used and is at a logon screen?

      Are User Account Settings required for normal operation or updates when a user is logged in that doesn't have admin privledges?
