            Have you tried this:

Create a rule to monitor the whole USB class and assign to one PC via Computer-Based Rule. Now plug one token in to that PC. Once the device detection shows in the Monitor console right-click that event and choose 'Export Device Event Parameters' and create a CSV file.

You can now use that CSV to create a new Device Definition - That should work for you.

What is the make and model of one of them? or do you have a link to a specification sheet?

Problem was fixed by adding PID and VID of the device into hDLP in manual

                  thanks for the help Cris
