What's the error it throws?
That's a tough one. You'll have to call in to Support and we can look around at some files for the source of this error. I could not find a known issue in our database with that error message.
It sounds like there is a -1 for a burb index in some file, like /secureos/etc/server.conf or dns.common.conf. Look for 'named' in the server.conf file and see if it says 'enabled[-1]' anywhere in there.
You might also want to check all of the resolv.conf files in /etc. I vaguely remember an issue where a nameserver would have an ip address of 127.-1.0.1 in split DNS mode.
