Sorry, when I said "I can only create automatic responses based on event ID's", that's not strictly true, obviously. I can filter it for all manner of reasons, but I can't think how I would apply any filter that would give me the data I want.

There's a query in "Queries and Reports" used for EEPC to see the client events. It's filtered like this: Product code <equals> EEADMIN_1000
It uses Client Events to do this. There's a change the product code may be different for EEGO.
Btw, try creating a report first to see the filtering criteria works, then apply it to Automatic Responses and try testing it.
