    Program installed but wouldn't connect to servers.......

      thus.....can't update, can't live chat, can't use virtual technician......and wait time on phone is over an hour. Worst customer support ever. But the worst thing is that i get a refund of 48 dollars.....i paid 62. Are they allowed to do that?   Am i just supposed to let them keep the other 14 dollars? Can someone help me?
