The errors will be logged as long as there is sequence check failure. Since you have changed the setting to zero, ePO will accept the connection despite the sequence check failure.
You should consider investigating for Duplicate GUID systems and fix the original image used for deploying by deleting the AgentGUID key from the registry.
The server tasks to remediate sequence error systems should help the existing agents with sequence errors to generate a new GUID on next communication. Please refer to KB67473.
