    After update-config via the EMM app devices stop communicating with server

      So far this has just happened with iPhone and iPad devices (both ios 5 and 4.3) and version 9.7.0.38202 EMM - when looking at the profiles via the 'helpdesk' I noticed that under Config Profiles there are now  multiple copies of the Enterprise Activation...

       

      Submitting a ticket on this but was wondering if anyone else has seen this and has a fix.
