Hopefully you still have a computer in the office with a CD drive.
In which case you can either share the CD drive and then map a network drive on the notebooks to the share.
Copy all the files off the Install CD and copy them over the network to the notebooks or copy the files to a USB stcik and install it from there.
You can use the below link to activate the corresponding McAfee product using the CD Key provided.

Once you activated the product you can use the below instruction to login to McAfee account and install the products.
