    Vista Ultimate does not boot after installing VirusScan 8.7i

      I run Windows Vista Ultimate on two different Notebooks (Acer/Clevo) with 2GB RAM each and upgraded VirusScan Enterprise 8.5i Patch 6 to 8.7i yesterday. On the Acer it just ran fine, on the Clevo I just got the following screen after rebooting:

      \windows\system32\drivers\mfehidk.sys

      is not available or damaged ...

      Error Code: 0xc0000098

      booting to safe mode does not work either.

      Both Notebooks run exactly the same Software; Vista Ultimate / Office 2007 Enterprise / Sun Java with all available patches.
      Google and this forum tell me something about possible Problems with "Deamon Tools", but this software has never been installad on any of the notebooks.

      Any suggestions someone?
