Can't uninstall rogue system detection 2.0

      Hi!

I wondering if anyone can help me.

I'm trying to remove rogue system detection 2.0 and i just keep getting the following:

      29 November 2011 12:01:14  Info  Updater  Verifying SNO200Det.McS.

      29 November 2011 12:01:14  Info  Updater  Uninstalling SNOWCAP_2000.

29 November 2011 12:01:15  Info  Updater  Error occurred while uninstalling SNOWCAP_2000.

29 November 2011 12:01:15  Info  Updater  Checking for software conflicts.

I found the knowledgebase document for it (https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB68482) but it didnt help.

The solution is to re-create the directory path as specified in the MSI uninstallation string and run the RSD sensor uninstallation task again. (Default: C:\TEMP\MFELogs\).

In event viewer for that particular machine it says:

Product: McAfee Rogue System Detection Sensor -- Error 1327.Invalid Drive: t:\

the t: drive is the users 'my documents' on our network.

I've tried creating a MFELogs folder in their t: drive with no luck.

Anybody no anything about this problem, or what to try next?

      Thanks!
