Oops, I just did that here to double check and no I don't see any reverse mechanism.
Maybe make that a topic for a future conference call? Or post it as a suggestion in Internal Troubleshooting?

I think this may be possible when we upgrade to 5.0, along with pasting screenshots in Firefox and a host of other enhancements. (Not to mention some things you probably won't be thrilled with as well.)
The "Assumed Answered" is a moderator only permission in case you weren't aware. It should be used sparingly, only when a thread has become dated or the customer hasn't come back to mark a correct answer, etc. Also, it's probably better to mark a particular reply as the answer than mark the whole thread as Assumed Answered.
