Is this on a HP computer if so disable or uninstall HP cloud software that is the Zumo backup software. This isuse taking a while to fix due to hard to get posters to submit logs of the issue.
Was this on a windows 7 update or a Mcafee update?

All this said maybe a good idea to uninstall reinstall via
reboot and run
