I am on version 8.2 of Enterprise firewall and seeing several of these messages on my port 80 traffic.
Dropped a TCP packet with no matching session; flags=0x10<ACK>
I receive several thousands of these in a 24hour period.
If it already has been discussed, could someone point me to the thread
I am seeing that many of these are related to cellular users connecting to us

Could you file a ticket with Support on this issue? This should have been fixed in version 8.2.0.
