So which of the above fixed it?
I gave 3 the
- Check the version of IE , if they are completely blank then proceed to step 2
- Open command prompt :
- type: regsvr32 jscript.dll and press enter
- Regsvr32 vbscript.dll and press enter
And the reinstall Mcafee
and downgrade IE to 8.
Recenttly I updated back to IE 9 and got blank screen again
as well I found Help in Windows 7 x64 is blank as well

Alright what I found which works for me is:
Uninstall your old anti-virus and reboot
Downgrade to IE 8
Uninstall Service Pack 1
Install McAfee (make sure it works normally): I installed by using MCPR tool, McAfee Preinstall then the installer for Anti-virus itself
Warning: Close all browsers and adjust your time after McAfee Preinstall beacause it will most likely to screw up your current time and date
Upgrade to IE 9
Run McAfee Virtual Technician
Install Service Pack 1
Works for Windows 7 x64
Now that is strange Might have been a bad SP1 install.
At least it works
