I think that is something you can see in the McAfee Agent Activity Log
in our config the systems reports on port 8085 > http://ipadress:8085/
you can connect a remote VirusScan Console and have a look at the
config to check if the new policies are running
The agent log won't tell you the detail, only that policy is received and merged.
You can remote-connect but that's not really trusting the ePO console. Feasible for a spot-check but not good for larger groups.
You can get at the applied settings by selecting the machine in the ePO system tree, from there the view is quite interactive and you can drill into various settings or products as needed.
