I am also having the same problem ("McAfee Service Host Has Stopped Working") with my HP Pavilion dv6 laptop. Curiously, I do not have the same issue with my desktop PC which is running exactly the same McAfee software (Total Protection 2011) for which I bought a 3-computer license. Here are the system details for the laptop.
OS: 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pak 1
Intel i7 processor with 8 GB RAM

Could you please go to : Start : Control Panel – Programs and features and let us know if you have an applications that is Zumo Drive/ Zumo cast or HP cloud ??
