This should actually work - I have seen another article - KB66620. Did you rename the ssl folder and re-created it before running the command?
thanks for the response. Yes I have considered this article you mention, practically I used it at the very first troubleshooting period, when i realized that the new server I was given had a slightly different name and that matters. I meticulously followed the instructions on recreating the certificates but in vane.
I am looking forward to having a remote session with support to day or tomorrow. I will surely post anything we will find. Until that I am also looking forward to getting further responses from people like you.
