I would say no, unless they have the recovery key at least. Isn't that the point- the data is encrypted and unreadable.
sure - the data will be recovered, BUT it will still be encrypted...

Do you mean if the data is recovered, it will be unacessable/unreadable??????????..........
The recovery agency won't be able to read the sectors -they are encrypted.
Your admins will still be able to decrypt them using the normal methods, or if they can mirror the whole drive, it will probably just boot up fine.
