You're lucky you got an answer at all, posting a Data Protection product question in the root of the Endpoint Security forum does not make it exactly visible.
Well done to Hemant for finding it though.
I moved it to the correct place for future observers.
Oh, and next time, it's also helpful to start with what product/version you're using, as the error codes mean different things sometimes across generations of product.

The problem are: We try to decrypt the copy (it was a littlebit greater-HD), not the original.
