      Hi All,

      I am having a problem in our corporate environment while pushing the DAT update to client, I have even tried mannually updating the DAT but I recevie the same message on the Agent log.

      "Updates were not applied because the update process encountered an unknown error: SPAMSAFE1000"

      I have EPolicy Orchestrator 4.0 running on W2k3 SP1, all clients are winXP Pro. This message has started happening since 4 days now and due to this new updates are being pushed to the clients which has become a big concern to me.

      If anyone can help me out there I would be Glad.
