This one is rare, but I found some posts from 2009 that describes the same symptoms you've got (HERE).
The culprit probably won't be the same, but it might be, so look for a file named winhelp32.exe on your system and rename it to winhelp32.ex_ and see if the music goes away. If it does, you'll need to run "sfc /scannow" to get a good copy of the file back.
If not, then I see you're a week behind with your McAfee DAT updates. Better get the latest DAT file before you do anything else; then check that you're also up to date with Microsoft Updates. Run a McAfee full scan; if it finds nothing download the free version of Malwarebytes and run a scan with that.
