Unfortunately at the moment you can't - the values made available to the query builder are defined by the point product in question. If you need other values to query on, the first step is to make sure that you have checked in the latest extensions - both management and reporting - for the product in question, as any updates to the available values will be provided in a revised extension.
If what you need is still missing, you'll need to enter a Product Enhancement Request to get it included.
In the short term of course there's nothing preventing you from getting the information directly from SQL - I would imagine there are a number of other users who have needed the same details

Like me. Here's the SQL query I came up with.
select LN.NodeName, PP.ProductVersion, PSV.Value
from EPOLeafNode as LN join (EPOProductProperties as PP join (EPOProductSettingValues as PSV join EPOProductSettingLabels as PSL on PSV.LabelID = PSL.AutoID) on PP.AutoID = PSV.ParentID) on LN.AutoID = PP.ParentID
where PSL.Setting = 'Fixes' and PSV.Value <> ''
EDIT: I'm using ePO 4.6.
Too bad, but thanks for explaining why the other properties aren't visible.
Thanks very much for this SQL query -- I'll give it a try. (No chance I would have been able to come up with this myself!)
For others looking for this info: I had to change the query slightly for ePO 4.5, which has just one product settings table:
select LN.NodeName, PP.ProductVersion, PS.Value
from EPOLeafNode as LN join (EPOProductProperties as PP join EPOProductSettings as PS on PP.AutoID = PS.ParentID) on LN.AutoID = PP.ParentID
where PS.SettingName = 'Fixes' and PS.Value <> ''
What is somehow funny ePO have fields which are querrable and should contain required information (Hotfix/Patch Version, Service Pack) but for unknown reason those fields are empty...
