Go to the McAfee knowledge base at the weblink https://knowledge.mcafee.com and search for Article 5432392 called "ERROR: McAfee Common Framework returned error fffff95b @ 2 (issue: FrameworkManifest.xml corrupt)".
It sounds like your FrameworkManifest.xml is corrupt. The article will explain how to fix.

Have u installed patch? and upgrade to McAfee Agent 4.0
1) Over-install the CMA client (tick box in directory or batch with /forceinstall switch)
2) Create a batch file that stops the service replaces the xml file and starts them again.
3) Batch remove the CMA client and reinstall it
4) Upgrade to a later client patch version like 22.214.171.1248
