Real-Time Scanning locks up Mozy backup files

Has anyone using Windows 7 with McAfee AntiVirus Plus had problems with Real-Time Scanning locking up the Mozy data files locaed in directory C:\Program Files\MozyHome\Data\ ?

I am getting the following errors during a Mozy backup with Real-Time Scanning enabled. The errors are recorded in the mozy.log file.

I have worked with McAfee technical support and both they and I thought they had fixed it by removing and re-installing McAfee VirusScan Plus from another server. I found out that I had not fully tested the fix. When I try to change the backup configuration the mozy.log file had been showing that the database could not be opened as well as Mozy generating an error on the screen as soon as I tried to save the changes. I used this as my way of testing the fix which seemed to fix the problem but when I started a backup the mozy.log showed errors that the files and database could not be opened. And after that I started getting the errors when I tried to save changes to the Mozy backup configuration.

If I disable Real-Time Scanning my Mozy backup works fine with no errors.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
