Create a "self-destructing" EEPC client installation?

I'm creating an EEPC 5.2.10 client installer for a test server environment and would like the installer to stop working after the testing period is over. The reason for this is to prevent accidental deployment of a test client onto "production" machines.

I've tried changing the Machine Group (from which the installation set was generated) from Boot Protection Enable to Boot Protection Remove (and also Remove & reboot) and while this prevents the client from encrypting after installation, it leaves the EEPC client installed; i.e. tray icon still present, leading to the mistaken impression that the machine is encrypted.

Anyone have any ideas on whether this is possible?
