Vijay, Please uninstall the software and reboot the computer. Go to Useful Links at the top of this page and run the MCPR removal tool and reboot again.
Open Internet Properties from within Internet Explorer and make sure there is no proxy connection configured and then follow the suggestions in this link http://service.mcafee.com/faqdocument.aspx?id=TS100431
