    Incorrect compliance reporting

      Good Afternoon,


      Our 8.8 compliance report within epo is showing that 95% of our systems are under complaint. However, I've checked the local agent on some machines and can see that the agent is correct and up-to-date.


      I've attached a screen print of the agent status from one of our machines along with the details shown within epo.


      I've tried to update the agent from epo as well as trying to wake the agent up to gain full product details. 


      Please can you confirm how I can get epo to successfully report details from the agents.

      Server: Windows Server 2003 R2

      EPO 4.6

      DAT for VirusScan: 516

      DAT: 6488.0000

      Engine: 5400.1158



      Desktops: Windows 7

      VirusScan 8.8

      Agent: 4.6
