Have you created and applied a Host DLP policy? After installing the agent will not properly start nor report back until it has it's policy in place.
If you have created a policy and applied it then do wakeup calls and reboot the PC.

I have already got 3 policies working for the current IT department ( it was the test environment) anyway I have issued a wake up agent and will go and test a couple of PCs with a reboot and then report back,
