      Microsoft windows server 2003 SP1

      McAfee agent version 4.0.0.1494

      McAfee VirusScan EnterpriseServer 8.7.0.570

       

      Performance screen problem appears in all workstation after update McAfeeVirusScan Enterprise Server 8.7.0.570.

       

      This problem apperas randomly, when the problem is present during this period, folders in the desktop are not seen well and I can not work on any applications. For example if I want to open ".txt "file the file is opened BACKGROUND and I cant work with them and I cant work with any application.

       

      I could find two workaround solution for the moment:

       

      1.I f I stop the service McAffe framework the problem dissapear.

      2. If I put admin rights to the operator the problemdissapear.

       

      Could you help me ?

       

      Please let me know if anyone else encountered this issue with McAfee ,or have any ideas on how we may be able to debug this.
