        Hi...

         

        That article has been removed as it is for ePO 3.6.x, which is no longer supported. If you search the KB for (for example) MyAvert you will get the equivalent articles for ePO 4 and above.

          My company use the epo 4.0 version,the problem about the "

          After logging on to the ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) console, the entries for Latest Available and Last Check in the MyAVERT Security Threats section is inaccurate or out of date.

          "

          we need to see the KB50267 for get the answer.

            No, you don't    As I said KB50267 only applied to ePO 3.6.x, which is now retired.

            I can've give you an exact link as I don't know exactly what the problem is   Again, if you search the KB for (for example) MyAvert, you should get results that will help you - KB65511  for example.

              Also I  follow the below operation:

               

              • Click the Configuration and Server Settings tabs.

              • In the left pane click MyAvert Security threats.

              • In the right pane, click Edit.

              • In the Updating section, select Update MyAvert security threats every.

              • Type the required number and use the drop-down menu to select Minutes, Hours or Days.(from 15 min change to 13 min)

              • Click Save.

               

               

              the status changes normally immediately,but it stoped at the 20:35 last day when I checked on this morning

               

              Now I continue monitor this case.
