    Problems in activating AntiVirus Plus 2012

      I purchased McAfee Anti-virus Plus 2012 on September 14, 2011.  I have been attempting to activate thesoftware ... first the performance of my system has really deteriorated since the installation and the software would not activate.

       

      I did report my problem initially to the call centre -

       

      Currently I tried again and got the following error message

       

      "We're sorry but we're having trouble activating McAfee products.  You can begin using your products now, but you won't receive automatic updated

       

      Don't worry, we'll ask you to continue activating your McAfee products once the problem is fixed.  For more help with this problem, please contact McAfee Support"

       

       

       

       

       

      Any suggestions where I should go from here?
