Please see the "Working with Agent Handlers" section of the ePO 4.6 Product Guide - it covers this area in detail
Sorry, maybe my question wasn't clear enough!
I have the following problem:
I have multiple agent handlers in many different remote locations. Those remote locations don't communicate with each other.
When I deploy agents to those romete locations, the ePO server is the last in the priority of the sitelist.xml which is used for the FIRST communication.
As far as I know, Agent Handler assignments are only passed to the agent after the first ASCI. but the first ASCI after installing the agent is trying to contact remote location which it doesn't have access to.
The question should be:
Can I Change the order or priority of the spipe sites listed on the sitelist.xml file? I want my main ePO server to be the first option not the last as it currently is...
This is what we did:
In the ePO Menu under Configuration > Agent Handlers
Create Handler Assignment Rules matching listing the AHs in the order you want for given system tree locations and/or IP address ranges.
I think he can edit the priorities

Apologies for the delay...
Thanks for clarifying the situation. In theory though it should not be necessary: the agent should work its way through the list of handlers until it finds one that it can communicate with. Once this is done it will register with ePO and be given the "correct" sitelist, based on the AH assignments.
