    Automated e-mail messages from SupportPortal are not delivered



      Whenever a technician adds a note to a ticket I submitted on the McAfee SupportPortal site, no e-mail is sent to me.  I checked the logs on our mail server, and there is not even an attempt from any mcafee.com host to contact our server.


      Does anyone else have this issue?  How do I report this to McAfee?
