Apparently the issue is still there. I did receive a few messages from the ServicePortal on Friday (which were sent hours before they arrived), but now I see that there was an update to an SR this morning and I haven't received an e-mail copy of it yet. I'll send you my contact information as requested.
I've forwarded your info to our Operations Business Analyst. Please check your spam folder in your client and server settings if possible, as I'm sure it's the first thing he'll ask you to do. As far as I know, we haven't gotten any othe complaints about this.
Nothing from McAfee in my junk mail folder. I've checked the mail logs numerous times and double-checked our spam filter settings on the mail server. There is no indication that the mcafee.com domain is even contacting our server. Also, on those rare occasions when mail from the serviceportal does arrive, it is not filtered, and it arrives many hours after the tech posted the message.
