The main porblem is, even if you have the newest update installed, when you check for auto update it should tell you "your computer is up to date", and it shouldn't show you have new update install and ask you to restart PC again. I am not sure if you check for update is that also have the same issue keep telling you have update and keep ask you restart after install.
If you are stuck in an update/restart loop it's probably because the software has been corrupted somehow.
The solution is to uninstall in the normal manner via Control Panel/Programs/Uninstall a Program
Clean up the remnants if any using the MCPR cleanup tool listed under Useful Links at the top of this page and reboot immediately.
Reinstall from your online account.

Hi Peter, Just for the heck of it I just tried the above link using IE9.It did not take me to the correct page.So I am assuming the Op was also using IE9.There are still other issue on this website when using IE9.It said article not found.
Check for spyware Newjack, that page works for me. I double checked it.

You assume wrong. The website uses whatever browser you are using.
I have try out uninstall the suite, using MCPR tool clean up, and online reinstall and update again, yet seem the porblem still appear.
