Depends on at what point the installation failed.
Does the agent show up in add/remove programs?
If it is then In c:\program files\mcafee\common framework there will be a "FrmInst.exe" file.
- "FrmInst.exe /forceuninstall"
- Reboot and try to re-install
the framework installation should have a frminst_computername.log and a similar .MSI log of the same installation. It all resides in the same folder (TEMP). I advise you take a look into the .MSI log for the exact error.
